Essential Functions: · Create reports/dashboards from data stored in various production database. Work with Process Engineers, Production departments, IT and Maintenance to evaluate MES requirements for production line improvements and modifications.  · Provide production support for MES functions including QAD interfaces, PLC interfaces, Electrical Test interfaces, MES master data maintenance & process modeling, MES functionality (transactions and user interfaces), and Database / reporting functions.  · Develop, modify or debug MES logic and related IT Applications to enhance equipment interface and operation of the MES. Job Summary: The Staff Systems Engineer performs requirements analysis and management, technical planning, systems level design, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk management, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Also performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into systems specifications. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Ensure the logistical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total system solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
