About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll manage customer orders from inquiry to delivery. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for customers and sales regarding orders, pricing, and timelines.
Process and verify orders and artwork approvals.
Coordinate production schedules and maintain clear communication with customers.
Enter orders and keep accurate records.
Support sales outreach and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
2-5 years customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or B2B.
