Summary & Objective The Contract Specialist works with current contract specialist to maintain all documents relative to contracted staff and insures ongoing compliance by proactively researching and analyzing law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, trade specific publications, and legal codes. The specialist also maintains all contracts in a contract retention software. Knowledge & Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree from accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience Extensive knowledge and work history with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within standardized contracts. Three years related experience as legal assistant is preferred. Computer literacy required with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
