Summary: The Senior Supervisor, Production Line Maintenance leads a 10–15-person team within a 25‑technician department and provides day‑to‑day oversight of maintenance activities across the entire team to deliver safe, 24/7 equipment performance for high‑volume manufacturing lines. You will own short‑ and mid‑range maintenance planning for Security Products, ensure rapid restoration and robust PM/PdM execution, manage labor and spares budgets, and drive continuous improvement to reduce MTTR, extend MTBF, and protect product quality.
