*POSITION: *Registered Dental Assistant *POSITION SUMMARY: *The Registered Dental Assistant performs the full range of RDA functions allowed by California law under the supervision of a California licensed dentist. The RDA is skilled in all phases of dental assisting from surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics to pedodontics and orthodontics. Able to communicate well with patients, establish good rapport, make patients comfortable in the dental setting and assist in dental education. You will take primary responsibility for ordering dental supplies and equipment. You will take responsibility for staying current with changes in CALOSHA, CDC guidelines and I.H.S.
