Summary This role offers a unique opportunity to build NW Construction's first in-house legal function and establish the legal strategies, processes, and partnerships that will support the company's continued growth and long-term success. The General Counsel serves as the chief legal officer and strategic advisor to the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive leadership position provides practical, business-oriented legal counsel across all areas of the organization, including construction contracting, subcontractor agreements, design build agreements, claims and dispute resolution, labor and employment matters, government contracting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
