The lead teacher and Family Advocate is directly responsible for the care and education of children, ensuring that the classroom and educational program meet the mission of CCCC and complies with all program standards, policies, and procedures specific to the program. The lead teacher will also serve as a positive role model to the staff, parents and children and will supervise the planning of a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for the children enrolled in the program. The Family Service Advocate is responsible for the implementation of comprehensive and integrated support services (in compliance with Performance Standards) to the Head Start /ECEAP children and families of CCCC.
