BASIC FUNCTION Provides organized, timely processing and closing coordination for all first mortgage loans. Provides assistance, as needed to members, vendors, and the operations team. Major Activities: Regular attendance in the work site. Responsible for collecting/reviewing/ and uploading all required documents for first mortgage loan processing in a timely manner. Verify and examine all documents and information input into the Loan Origination System for accuracy and compliance. Communicate with all parties involved concerning required documents, loan milestones, loan conditions, etc. Responsible for ordering and reviewing all third party items such as appraisals, title commitments, flood determination, evidence of insurance, verification of employment, and verification of income. Required to effectively manage processing pipeline and give weekly updates to all parties involved in the transaction. Ensures all QC and underwriting conditions...
