Overview:
The Sales Manager - Extended Stays (Onsite) is responsible for developing business for an extended stay program and maintaining relationships with key clients in the real estate, temporary housing, relocation, medical and other potential markets. He or she will assist in defining and managing the strategic direction and tactical implementation of an extended stay program for our residential stay Casita Suites. He or she will must be based on property and be able to greet clients, VIPs, conduct property tours and handle all aspects of the guest stay. Travel and entertainment may be required.
Responsibilities:
