OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with demonstrated experience delivering secure, enterprise-grade implementations across ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, ITOM Visibility, and IT Asset Management environments. The selected candidate will support configuration, migration, modernization, O&M sustainment, and go-live enablement in a highly secure, air-gapped, on-premises environment. The candidate must possess hands-on experience designing, developing, customizing, and sustaining ServiceNow modules in complex federal environments. This includes direct experience with CMDB migrations, SecOps integrations, data transformation work, workflow automation, testing, and ITSM process modernization.
