Summary: Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of workers engaged in assembling parts or assemblies to manufacture parts or products by performing the following duties. Position Outcomes: To perform the job successfully, an individual must accomplish the following position objectives: Meet weekly build schedule as defined by the Production/Manufacturing Manager or Planning Group. Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet business objectives. Understand the skills of the workforce and plan/utilize the appropriate skills to meet assigned schedules. Maintain the agreed high level of quality. Train staff on safety standards and company policies and regularly emphasize safety and maintain accident/incident free records.
