Senior Therapist - JBRC Be the First to Apply Job Description " POSITION SUMMARY The senior therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical services to JBRC clients and their families. In addition, the senior therapist is responsible for providing clinical leadership as delegated by their administrative supervisor with the units and as back-up to the assigned units administrative supervisor. This clinical leadership includes responding to client emergencies and facilitating smooth daily operations at clinical units including arranging staff coverage. The senior therapist will also provide individual and group clinical supervision to assigned outpatient therapists/counselor interns.
