Position Purpose Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (SCH) is seeking a varsity baseball head coach to instruct at the Upper School level. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the head coach will collaborate with all team stakeholders, including the athletic department, school administrators, student-athletes, parents, faculty, alumni, and other SCH coaches. The varsity head coach will be responsible for team development, training, recruiting, and strategy in practice and competition. The season begins in March and ends in early June.
