Pacesetters Aquatic Club (PACE) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Head Age Group Coach to join our team in Angleton, Texas. We are a small, close-knit club dedicated to developing swimmers both in and out of the water , with an emphasis on athletic growth, confidence, character, and teamwork.
Position Details:
Position: Head Age Group Coach
Schedule: Approximately 14–20 hours per week
Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience
Location: Angleton, TX
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement high-quality daily practices tailored to the needs and abilities of age-group swimmers.
Develop seasonal training plans, goals, and progressions for assigned swimmers.
Attend swim meets and support assigned athletes throughout the competition experience.
