The S2 coach helps talented young athletes become complete Senior swimmers - technically, physically, and mentally. About the S2 Group S2 is one of MAC's most important developmental groups: the competitive bridge between our age group program and our highest-level Senior training group, S3. Quince Orchard Swim Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Swim Coach to work with our 13 & Under competitive swimmers. This position will help lead swim practices, provide instruction on technique and race skills, and create a positive environment that supports each swimmer’s development. The Assistant Coach will also attend swim meets, offer constructive feedback, and guide young athletes as they build confidence and progress within the sport. The ideal candidate is dependable, encouraging, and passionate about working with youth swimmers. Candidate would be assisting current Team coaches and will be responsible for attending scheduled practices & swim meets. Background check is required. USA Swimming coach certification is required. We can assist with getting your certifications if needed. Indoor Short Course season will run from Sept - May, with Long Course practices in the summer months.

Overview- Annapolis Swim Club is seeking part time assistant coaches. ASC was recently named a Bronze medal swim club in the 2024 and 2026 USA Swimming Club Excellence program. Located right in the capital of Maryland, ASC is a club of 275 athletes ranging from novice swimmers ages six to eight years old, all the way up through high school athletes who are Junior and Senior National level qualifiers. Coming off of our highest ever LSC championship meet finishes with a 2nd place finish for Senior Champs and a 3rd place for Age Group Champs, ASC is one of the premier clubs in the Eastern Zone. Annapolis also finished 2nd at the recent 2026 Eastern Zone Sectionals Meet in Buffalo. ASC is currently hiring for the summer months and 2026-2027 season.
