We are currently seeking to hire a physical therapist to provide services in the Boulder County area (Boulder, Longmont, Superior, Louisville, Lafayette, and Broomfield). The physical therapist will provide direct in-home intervention services to children referred and enrolled in Part C Early Intervention services (birth to three years old), as well as children over the age of three. Supervision of some patients seen by a physical therapy aid is also required.
