# Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Part-Time | Hourly | Grand Junction, CO | Parent-Led ABA** ## About the Position We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Colorado team in a part-time, hourly position. Our program uses a parent-led, team-based ABA model that places caregivers at the center of treatment while also utilizing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support implementation, modeling, and skill development. In our model, the BCBA partners with caregivers to identify meaningful goals, understand behavior, develop practical strategies, and build caregiver confidence in using those strategies during everyday routines.
