Summary Senior HR Shared Services & Payroll Specialist Location: Rhode Island Work Arrangement: Hybrid Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Senior Payroll & HR Shared Services Specialist to join our team. This role provides expert US payroll administration and payroll advisory support while delivering HR shared services across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, lead complex multi-state payroll operations, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and partner across HR, Benefits, Finance, and IT to continuously improve payroll processes, systems, and the employee experience.
