Responsibilities: - Increase customer engagement - Develop and nurture proven relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. - Become experienced in the client's strategic business targets and operations. - Regularly check in with clients, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities for additional services. - Facilitate or host webinars with experts to enhance customers’ product knowledge. - Monitor contract renewals and proactively engage with clients to secure renewals. - Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to meet client needs.
