Job Description As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible to ensure the successful fulfilment of all requests regarding the order processing and purchasing activities within the department and adherence to standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer experience. You will report directly to our Program Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Honolulu, Hawaii location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by proactively engaging in appointment creation, data entry, standards and processes, and ensuring timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all workorders, and projects in Honeywell systems, and maintaining accurate customer accounts and materials in the customer database.
