Brookdale Norman Assisted Living | Norman, OK Tuesdays- Saturdays We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN Charge Nurse to join our small assisted living community in Norman Oklahoma. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working closely with residents while also developing leadership and clinical management skills. In this role, the LPN will work on the floor providing hands-on resident care, assist with staffing schedules, and participate in shared on-call responsibilities. As our community grows, this position offers the opportunity to learn leadership skills and take on additional clinical and administrative responsibilities, while gaining experience with Brookdale's clinical systems and processes.
