What you'll Do • Leverage dashboards to monitor site level labor, inventory, and service performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions across all assigned sites. • Validate and maintain time-studied standards. • Calculate and implement performance incentives. • Ensure Work Force Management is accurate and utilized on-site. • Coach and train operations teams on labor management, inventory control, process improvement tools, and the associated systems. This includes in-person and remote support. • Evaluate material handling equipment requirements as needed. • Drive productivity, cost, and process improvements to reduce cost and enhance customer service. • Create scheduling tools which accurately reflect work content of a site. • Build and manage a best practice and SOP library and reporting tools. • Lead and support various continuous improvement projects. • Drive the Americold Operating System's labor, inventory, and other improvement initiatives. • Create...
