General Purpose The Benefit Analyst will be responsible for administering and analyzing our 401(k) Retirement Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) . This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accurate plan operations, and provides exceptional support to employees. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of retirement plan administration, compliance, and vendor management. Essential Duties 401(k) Plan Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations of the 401(k) plan, including enrollments, contribution processing, loans, distributions, and compliance testing. Partner with recordkeepers and fiduciary advisors to ensure accurate plan management and adherence to ERISA and IRS regulations. Coordinate annual nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, and audits. Monitor plan performance, fees, and investment options; provide recommendations for improvements.
