Will provide training on technical systems, primarily EPIC, through hands-on classes. Will help build knowledge and competency among users and provide advice on integrating upgrades and new processes into existing system. The initial focus for this position will be CPR, Cadence, Prelude, and Resolute. Will assist in classes for Clinic Manager and Cogito as needed. Schedule: Generally Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 5pm, may vary at times to accommodate meetings and classes. Will occasionally require some weekend work for upgrades, etc. Most classes are on site at our Administration building. Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral. If unable to complete evaluation in 24 hours, documentation in medical record clearly defines cause for delay. Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician. Treat patients per the physician treatment plan. Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in direct patient care and patient related activities, following state practice act. Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
