Overview: iTech AG is seeking a Technical Intern to support iTech AG’s marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, allowing the intern to contribute directly to the growth and success of iTech AG. Responsibilities: Building AI Tools & Solutions Support the prototyping and testing of internal AI tools and agents (e.g., document summarizers, chat assistants, workflow automations), documenting functionality, gaps, and improvement opportunities Draft, refine, and version prompt templates and tool configurations; execute structured test cases and log results to help improve output quality, consistency, and reliability Compile, clean, and organize sample datasets and reference materials used to ground, demo, and evaluate AI solutions AI Enablement & Training Create how-to guides, quick-reference sheets, and short training materials that help iTech staff adopt...
