Under the direction of the Governing Board, the Administrator provides leadership and oversight of Center operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, personnel, quality improvement, credentialing processes, and strategic development. The Administrator works collaboratively with the Governing Board, Medical Director, Nursing Leadership, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Committee, Medical Staff, and employees to promote safe, efficient, high-quality patient care and ensure the Center operates in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and Center policies.
