Overview:
The Transportation Management Senior Account Manager is responsible for the operational execution for one or many pieces of business. This position includes the management of people, process, organic growth, and customer satisfaction.

Daily operational point-of-contact for internal NFI divisions and clients Provides guidance and training to TM Coordinators, Planners, Team Planning Leads & Account Managers Ability to oversee and establish strong, positive relationships with vendors.
