JOB SUMMARY: Lead the development, refinement, and implementation of tennis programming to maximize revenue, manage related expenses at targeted levels, and reflect the high standards of excellence that we have established for all SPORTIME programs and services. Build a cohesive, loyal, and effective team of tennis coaches/instructors. Work closely with the GM and other department heads to maximize club profitability and member satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and assure bottom-line profitability of all tennis programming • Provide the highest quality coaching/instruction in a safe, welcoming environment • Recruit and hire qualified coaches/teaching professionals • Train, mentor, and team-build staff of coaches/instructors around all relevant pedagogic and administrative matters daily, through weekly team meetings and beyond • Mentor and be a resource for our youngest coaches to build a positive and sustainable coach culture • Attend and contribute to Directors of...
