AHN System Chair, Department of Hematology and Oncology - Allegheny Health Network primarily located at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, seeks a highly skilled and compassionate physician leader with expertise in Hematology and Oncology. This position offers a System Chair leadership role in a growing and dynamic program, including divisions in Medical Oncology and Hematology and Cell Therapy, dedicated to clinical and translational research as well as exceptional patient care.
The Chair will work directly with the Cancer Center Director, the Service Line Vice President and other leaders to develop and implement strategy and processes for patient care. The Chair shall also maintain all current and future standards of care, both in-patient and out-patient, as well as accreditations needed to ensure service for the region.
