Vedder's Chicago office is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will serve in a firm-wide capacity providing day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and administrative staff. In addition, the HR Manager will ensure that HR initiatives are in alignment with the Firm’s business strategy, culture and values across all Vedder Price offices. This position is responsible for driving employee engagement, overseeing core HR processes such as recruiting, performance management, compensation and employee relations, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership and staff across all Vedder Price offices.
As an HR Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Counsel Firm leadership on recruiting, employee relations, labor and employment compliance, performance management, retention and compensation.
Administer HR programs and procedures to strengthen employee engagement across the Firm.
