Data Collection Shift Manager We’re looking for a hands-on *Data Collection Shift Manager* to lead a team of robot operators and keep our data collection shifts running efficiently. Our operators control robots to collect the training data that helps them learn real-world tasks. You’ll make sure each shift is organized, operators are supported and productive, and we’re collecting as much high-quality data as possible without compromising safety. This is an on-the-floor leadership role. You’ll assign work, coach operators, spot bottlenecks, and coordinate with engineering to resolve issues quickly. *Overview* The Program Manager will be the liaison between Development Departments and all “Upstream” & “downstream” customers for scheduling / communication / deliverables / events in relations to HVAC program development on all existing and HVAC New Model programs. Under limited supervision, this position will work closely with other functions on “upstream” activities for the successful transfer of information and schedule development from initial concept through SOP. This position will also lead the coordination of all associated BOMs within the program scope and track necessary deliverables to ensure the program milestones are achieved. *Responsibilities* 1.
