Join Our Team Montgomery Parks is currently seeking a Director of Tennis to oversee the operations at two well-known community facilities in Montgomery County, Pauline Betz Addie Tennis and Wheaton Indoor Tennis facilities.  This role is part of the Enterprise Team and helps deliver safe, well-run recreational opportunities for the community.  The Director of Tennis will be responsible for staff supervision, facility and equipment maintenance, administration, facility budgets, marketing, and customer service. The position requires regular exercise of independent judgment and  performance of duties within policy guidelines.  The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, a passion for leading and training diverse teams and be an effective leader.
