Fargo Full-Time | 40 Hours Guaranteed | Flexible 4-Day Option We are hiring a pediatric PT! This is a full-time position with 40 hours guaranteed weekly — including while building your caseload. *What We Offer:* * $36–$45/hour based on experience. * $3,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment * 40 hours guaranteed per week. * Structured 3-month mentorship before full productivity expectations. * Flexible scheduling — many therapists choose a 4-day, 10-hour workweek. * Clinic hours typically fall between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. * No weekends required. * ND & MN licensure fees paid. * CEU reimbursement. * Variety of settings: clinic, daycare, and home-based services. * Supportive, collaborative pediatric team. *Caseload Development* Therapists build their caseload by scheduling and completing evaluations directly.
