The Respiratory Therapist is accountable to the Director of Nursing. *HIRING FOR NIGHT SHIFT, FULL TIME.* Assist patients who suffer from pulmonary disorders. In addition to analyzing and performing diagnostic testing, perform relevant exams and control patients’ blood oxygen levels, as well as, set up and utilize cardiopulmonary equipment and machines needed to assist or monitor the patients breathing. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Set up and operate ventilators, following specified parameters of treatment. Provide emergency care, including artificial respiration, external cardiac massage and assistance with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
