Under the direction of the Director of Total Rewards, Compensation and Leaves Management, this role partners closely with HR leadership, management, and staff to develop and implement compensation strategies that support organizational goals, budgetary constraints, and operational needs. The role also supports labor relations efforts by assisting with the negotiation, interpretation, and implementation of collective bargaining agreements with unions representing University Hospital employees.
