Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a New Hire Orientation (NHO) Program Manager to lead and deliver our enterprise NHO experience. This role owns the full lifecycle of New Hire Orientation, from strategy and content design to live facilitation, operational execution, and continuous improvement. This is a highly operational and highly visible role. The NHO Program Manager serves as a central presence during orientation experiences, setting the tone for each new hire’s introduction to the Institute.
