Job Description Summary:   Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director – Child Development Operations, this position is responsible for the planning, expansion and evaluation of the Toddler (if applicable), Preschool and School-age Programs including program eligibility.   Keeping in mind the best interests of the Corona-Norco Family YMCA and State of California requirements, the employee is responsible for adhering to all established standards and procedures and be an integral member of the Management Team.  The teaching staff reports directly to the Site Supervisor.
