Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Senior Customer Service Receptionist position is to register visitors for visitation and/or same day procedures by creating a visitor badge using the Visitor Management System; greet patients and visitors while providing friendly and prompt assistance when directing them to their destination as appropriate. Assists in the training of new staff, takes lead at the Information Desk and provide support in the supervisor’s absence to ensure customer satisfaction.
