POSITION SUMMARY The Program Director is responsible for the quality and compliant functioning of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography ("DMS") program, including supervision of instruction for quality and compliance with accreditation standards as well as maintaining high student certification exam pass rates and placement rates. The Program Director reports to the Campus Director and the Corporate Director of Academic Operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • With the Campus Director, evaluates instructor performance based on classroom observations, student feedback/surveys, and meetings and provides feedback to instructors regarding performance, including corrective feedback for performance improvement. • Teaches DMS classes as assigned.
