Job Summary :   Provides leadership, guidance, and direction in achieving outcomes for organizational and service line mission goals and objectives. Assumes leadership responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of efficient systems of care and service within the continuum of care. Takes ownership of strategic growth and expansion opportunities within growing regions as defined by the strategic plan within the service line. Responsible for strategic oversight and operational performance for the service line and ambulatory departments.
