The technologist needs to follow and comply with lab procedures provided by study sponsors and study teams. Procedures include but are not limited to serum and plasma separation, isolation and enumeration of mononuclear cells and preparation of slides. In addition the tech serves as a lab resource for the study teams. The technologist must comply with all Institute policies regarding the confidentiality of patient information and lawful use of any computerized patient data.
