Overview: The Pricing Analyst will act as a centralized resource for intermodal costing and pricing decisions. The purpose of the role is to establish, maintain and analyze pricing and to make recommendations to the Sales and Operations teams that drive volume and revenue growth to the Intermodal business line. This position reports to the Director Intermodal Pricing. Responsibilities: Provide all intermodal pricing ranging from spot rate requests to formal RFPs. Manage the process from receipt through through submission including; coordinating with operations and sales throughout the process. Work with Operations to ensure freight is being routed as quoted and in the most profitable manner possible through continuous template management. Promote Intermodal and educate Sales on the mode by continually offering new modal alternatives to OTR. Maintain both railroad and drayage vendor pricing to ensure it’s both accurate and effective. Overview: The Driver Qualification Processor is responsible for processing qualification reports, documents, and conducting qualification related activities of new applicants in a time and effective manner. Conduct communication with recruiters and operation on needs and requirements. Responsibilities: Complete all employment verifications for pre-qualified new applicants upon notification from a Driver Recruiter. Process and approve or deny rehire request. Order all required onboarding reports. Review PSP for compliance and approval. Review employment reports and process those individuals who meet NFI and DOT criteria. Follow up and ensure proper completion of unemployment/self-employment verifications. Coordinate with hiring manager or recruiter to schedule clinic required testing; retrieve and upload clinic results. Overview: The Intermodal Carrier Account Manager is the primary point of contact between NFI and its valued third-party Intermodal Drayage Carrier Base. In this role you will monitor shipment performance, communicate proactively, and provide outstanding responsiveness to NFI’s Carrier Base and Intermodal Account Management Team. This role reports to the Intermodal Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Responsible for load planning, optimization, routing and scheduling of all shipment legs for an intermodal move.
