Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pay: $74,642.88 Essential Functions: Complies with all Agency policies and procedures and follows contract specifications Knowledge, skill, and ability to assist SFLC ALD with transportation services to include, but not limited to: Review electronic data interchange between the commercial carrier package services online booking system, such as FEDEX.com, and the Coast Guard's supply and financial management system, currently NESSS. Transactions that do not electronically transfer will be manually inputted from FEDEX.com system into NESSS. Respond to customer shipment status inquiries using a variety of automated systems including NESSS, FEDEX.com, and the SFLC Web Application Portal (SWAP) Warehouse Shipping (Traffic) Database.
