What You'll Do You will administer all claims related to warehouse and transportation operations including cargo damage and loss, demurrage, and detention. Responsibilities include investigating claims, communicating with involved parties, resolving claims, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also prepare reports, assign costs, and maintain ongoing communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, with occasional travel required. Essential Functions Interpret and apply contract terms, tariffs, and warehouseman's receipts to ensure equitable claim solutions. Investigate, negotiate, and conclude claims with carriers, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and shippers to minimize company liability.
