Job Description The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing regional fleet maintenance operations, technician development, vendor relationships, and preventative maintenance programs to ensure fleet safety, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency. Drives continuous improvement initiatives that maximize equipment uptime, control maintenance costs, and support Badger's commitment to safety and service excellence. The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience. What You'll Be Doing Conducts Annual and Bi-Annual ABI inspections to ensure fleet safety, compliance, and operational readiness Troubleshoots and maintenance including 24 hours on call basis for emergency repairs. Ensures the fleet maintenance program is carried out in the Region and set up the necessary supplier relationships to keep the trucks in working order.
