Technician Fiber II Job Summary The Fiber Splicing Technician is responsible for the installation, splicing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic cable systems to ensure reliable, high-quality network performance. This role supports both new construction and maintenance activities, working closely with internal teams and customers to complete projects safely, on time, and to specification. Technicians operate specialized equipment, interpret technical documentation, and maintain consistent communication with department leads, network operations, and construction teams to coordinate work and resolve service issues efficiently.
