Summary: Responsible for ensuring accuracy in the order management process, including verifying order details, preparing correspondence, resolving customer/rep issues, and managing inquiries. This role also provides freight/lead time quotes, and processes change orders. Hybrid with 1 in office day per week required. At least 2 full weeks of in house training is required.
