FATHOM Summary of Responsibilities: This highly focused position is located on site at a Key Account and aimed at providing our customers with the best possible service in terms of quotations, product information, order processing, RMAs and delivery, Purchase orders, and information while working in close cooperation with the Key Account team independently.
