Purchasing Assistant On-site • Purchasing • Full time Portland, Oregon, United States Description The Purchasing Assistant is a key member of EC’s centralized purchasing team, responsible for maintaining accurate purchase order (PO) records, processing administrative tasks, and handling credit card purchases to ensure smooth operations across company projects. This role supports Buyers and project teams by resolving discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and facilitating timely cross communications with our vendors and internal teams for purchase order maintenance and close-outs.
