The Parts Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism. This person leads and supports the parts warehouse team, ensures inventory accuracy and organization, and serves as the point of escalation for customer and technician parts needs. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with team coordination, training, and process oversight. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead, coach, and support parts warehouse associates in daily tasks and priorities.
